Overstressed
I have had a rough week. Many hours at work plus having to help Kevin with his science project. Tomorrow we have Kevin's Solo and Ensemble contest. I'll get some video of that.
um, darlin, google massage therapists and the name of your town...presto. while the drugs are great, they work best with massage or some other proactive therapy to get rid of the knots. the drugs only heal on the surface. acupuncture is great too - or so i've heard (i'm still a little too afraid of needles).but seriously, if you're in pain and have knots upon knots (my perpetual state of existance here), do something about it! be good to yourself! go get a freaking massage already!
Can't remember what I came over here to say now. One look at that pic and my mind has melted into back rubs and aromatherapy.
Listen to Roxie up there grossing away. tsk tsk. She got me earlier. I think we need to leave fine chocolate on the the Roxie alter. (I'll get the cheap stuff. We'll divy it up into two bags and tell her it's top notch.)
Aww, poor you. I know what it's like to have a sore, tight back... in fact, I have that same feeling in my neck and shoulders right now. I'll help you out with yours if you help me out with mine! ;)

I fixed it... Sorry about that. I was at work and wasnt thinking straight.
MUAH!
I sure hope so. My knots have knots. Plus I want to get all oiled up by Chrissie. ;^)
Don't worry Chrissie, I'll return the favor 10 fold.
sounds like my week. don't have a Chrissie and wish I did. Thanks for checking out a newcomer! Appreciate it!
Chrissie has yet to agree to the massage. I guess I'll just have to get more drugs... DAMN!

You are in Colorado. Chrissie is in SoCal?
I hope she has long arms.

Me too!!! I need a massage!! But I don't even have time for that.
PS. (you've been tagged)
I just can't win
I had a wonderful massage on Saturday at a Japanese Spa - I blogged it - and loved every second. Bliss....

Hey, I got the book! Thank you so much. What would you like for your Thank You picture?

Gee Grace, That was almost a "I'll show you mine, if you show me yours". I got all tingly.
